Summary:
At the end of the course, the participants are expected to generate an appreciation of the importance of proper maintenance procedures and standards for commercial and industrial building facilities and utilities. Topics to be discussed include design and implementation of a systematic and of effective maintenance procedure and techniques and procedural tools for an efficient practice of maintenance.
