Summary:
This is an intensive 22-day training program designed to equip participants with both managerial and technical skills. At the end of this comprehensive course, the participants are expected to be able to:
1. deploy lean six sigma as a business excellence platform in organizations;
2. align and fuse lean six sigma improvement projects with the organizations’ strategic intent;
3. successfully initiate, execute and implement lean six sigma projects;
4. lead and manage lean six sigma improvement teams;
5. coach and train would-be lean six sigma experts; and
6. promote a culture of continuous improvement in organizations.
