Established in January 2003, the UPCOE-NEC Technical Bulletin serves as a medium for disseminating the results of research and development activities undertaken by faculty, students, research staff and alumni of the College of Engineering and National Engineering Center, through the publication of technical articles, notes and research briefs in all fields of engineering. Published by the UP Engineering Research and Development Foundation Inc., the UPCOE-NEC Technical Bulletin is being distributed in both printed as well as electronic form, at reasonable rates to various government agencies, academic institutions, professional organizations, international agencies and practitioners in the field of engineering.
