Currently, UP NEC is in partnership with:

National Electrification Administration (NEA) in offering the Competency Training and Certification Program in Electric Distribution System Engineering;

Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) in the Public Assessment of Water System;

Commission on Higher Education (CHED) in offering the Post Baccalaureate Information Technology Bridging Program in support of the Cyber Corridor;
