The offices and facilities of the National Engineering Center are located at the Alfredo Juinio Hall (formerly the National Engineering Center Building) that situated at Osmeņa Avenue, U.P. Campus, Diliman, Quezon City (between the U.P. College of Engineering and U.P. College of Law buildings). The building houses the Building Research Services, Continuing Engineering Education, Project Management Office, Publication and Engineering Information Services and Administrative offices of the NEC.
